I recently completed a project to update a GIS dataset of regional park natural areas in BC for Ducks Unlimited Canada and data partners the Canadian Wildlife Service and Nature Trust of BC. This followed graduation in June 2023 from the Advanced Diploma program in GIS at BCIT and a 2-month internship with Ducks Unlimited Canada. Before that, I earned a BSc. in Physical Geography and a certificate in Spatial Information Systems from Simon Fraser University. I'm eager to tackle real-world issues and use GIS to help provide meaningful solutions while continuing to learn and improve. Much of the project work presented here was completed throughout my studies.  I have spent many hours working with spatial and non-spatial data primarily using Esri software. This involves editing, processing, performing analysis, designing maps, as well as writing and presenting GIS projects on a multitude of geographic problems and phenomena.
